Global Document Solutions was one of the smartest business decisions we've made. We do quite a lot of printing video briefs, scripts, proposals, contracts etc. So a normal printer means we were spending a lot of money on ink almost every month. With the team at GDS, they know when our printer is running low and somebody comes out swaps everything around and presses their magic buttons and we can just relax knowing our printer copier isn't something that needs to take up any of our mind-space we can just focus on growing our business and pressing print whenever we need to. We have engaged GDS for our new HP office printer. I had contacted at least five other services and Cyrus was the only that responded. The customer service setting up was second to none; Cyrus answered all my questions prior to committing and his responses did not make me feel pressured. The technician who installed our machine was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We love our new printer, the quality is amazing and it will save us on printing costs throughout the year.
