Global Document Solutions was one of the smartest business decisions we've made. We do quite a lot of printing video briefs, scripts, proposals, contracts etc. So a normal printer means we were spending a lot of money on ink almost every month. With the team at GDS, they know when our printer is running low and somebody comes out swaps everything around and presses their magic buttons and we can just relax knowing our printer copier isn't something that needs to take up any of our mind-space we can just focus on growing our business and pressing print whenever we need to. He installed our printers and then also helped us to set up the very smart program that orders your ink for you when it gets low so you don't have any issues from when you get your printer to the up keep and maintenance of the ink levels. I placed an order for a home printer/scanner/fax and this was delivered within a day or two. Cyrus Dickie is the sales person that I have always had dealings with and he is so helpful and efficient. We do a lot of report printing in our office and we have had wonderful service from Global Document Solutions. Cyrus has come into our business at Bartercard Brisbane North and replaced our old Kyocera Printer with a brand new Kyocera printing system. The printing quality is first class and you would not believe how great the standard of a printed photo. We now are able to scan to our own email and not having to go through to the one person and wait on them to forwards this saves us time in our day. We have never run out of toner as the toner placement service is spot on. Global document Solutions not only supplied us with a great print but we have also taken the opportunity to replace our old out-dated phones system with a brand new Samsung office system, installed set up and trained all in the one day. Not only did we get 2 new great pieces of office equipment upgrade we have also made a nice cash saving in our business so I would not hesitate to recommend you giving Cyrus and the team from Global Document Solutions a call to see how much cash you can save.
